Total Lunar Eclipse Summary

Greetings:

During the early morning of December 21st 2010, thanks to a near perfect night time sky. I decided to observe the total lunar eclipse over North America. In order to share the experience, I've taken pictures of the moon transitioning through several stage. Using a digital camera with a generous optical zoom lens, the pictures still observes the moon from a distance even as the zoom setting is maximized. For that, please accept my apologies ahead of time for the inconsistency in the image quality. Because I was operating at the end of my camera's zoom lens and most of the pictures were taken on a very slow twilight setting, a quantity of the shots have resulted as blurry.

While I've taken over 100 images, the images being shared in this blog represents some of the better and most significant shots.
